Bethany Nicholls is a dedicated community advocate and logistics professional with over a decade of experience in program coordination and trauma-informed support. Currently serving with the Hemet Unified School District and a recent Criminology and Justice Studies graduate from CSU San Marcos, she excels at managing complex resource allocation and fostering inclusive environments.

Bethany’s background spans educational workshop facilitation, administrative accreditation support, and crisis intervention. This unique blend of organizational precision and interpersonal empathy allows her to navigate high-pressure environments with ease. Her work with Project Rebound highlights a deep-seated commitment to supporting marginalized populations who are navigating systemic barriers.

She is eager to join the board to apply her expertise in logistics and de-escalation to the vital cause of food security. Bethany is passionate about ensuring the pantry remains a dignified, low-barrier resource that effectively bridges the gap between donors, volunteers, and community members in need.
