Your monetary donation helps us fill our clients request by providing emergency food, rental and utility assistance to over 12,300 families we have registered at our pantry. We have several options to make your giving easier. Our client base consists of Seniors, veterans, single mothers, children and the working poor.

The Valley Community Pantry is open Monday – Thursday 8:30am to 1:30pm. We are located at: 191 S. Columbia St, Hemet CA 92544 and we are in the back parking lot of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Donate Food
Food and Grocery Industry Donations
We help retailers, manufacturers, corporations and farmers safely donate their excess and unsaleable grocery products. If you are a food and grocery industry donor, contact us to pick up your donation or schedule a delivery time.
Food Donations
Whether you’re clearing canned goods out of your kitchen pantry, or your business has pallets of fresh produce, we welcome healthy food donations of any quantity anytime. Please see our list of stapled food items which are always in need.
Food Drives
If your church, business, service organization or school would like to hold a food drive please contact us first. We can give you a list of our stapled food items and we can drop off Food Donation barrels which makes it easier for you and for us to pick up the donations.
Food donations can be dropped off at our facility between 8:30 A.M. and 1:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Donations to the Valley Community Pantry or VCPcares are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our Federal EIN (tax ID) is 93-1041187.
Donor Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will not share or sell your contact and donation information with anyone, and we will not send you mailings on behalf of other organizations/businesses.
